EFT Sessions
1 EFT Session $90
Each session provides: (1) 90 minute EFT/Somatic Release Session, (2) Resources to help you integrate thru the week, (3) Communication with me for guidance & support throughout the time we work together.
5 EFT Sessions $400
In 5 sessions you are able to go deeper into limiting core beliefs and use EFT/ Tapping to process and release the body, mind and spirit from ways of coping that no longer serve you.
3 EFT Sessions $250
In 3 sessions you will begin to learn how to self regulate and use EFT/Tapping and other Somatic Release tools to take care of yourself in the moment.

Core Clearing Sessions
A Core Clearing Session taps into the subconscious to reveal blocks which then in the session we clear. This process takes about an hour and can leave you feeling a profound release from old patterns. Clients typically feel more confidence, ease and clarity to move forward with this freedom from these deep blocks.
1 Core Clearing Session $120
The perfect combination of Tapping and Clearing includes 90 minute EFT Session to begin, the following week a Core Clearing Session and on the third week a 90 minute EFT Integration Session.
